Why tax babies? Just stop giving benefits to the parents for having them.
Would be a start, but people would still find ways to get around this, plus that it’ll be said it favors the rich. Now the poor usually have more children so it would be a start, but what do you do when they’ll have them anyway and wouldn’t be able to provide for them even without the added taxes? Until somebody will place and enforce bans on this matter, the problem won’t go anywhere…
Taxes never accomplish anything except making a bunch of crooked politicians richer. The key to helping the environment is for people to take the lead and perhaps more subsidies on alternative energies.
I say the bastard should go to hell. Tax on babies? What the fuck! How does that help, make people have less kids? screw that.
Taxing babies is silly! Tax sex! In order to get sex in the old days, we had to buy the girl a diamond ring. DeBeers got very rich on that tax. We should DNA test every child born, and charge a tax, to the mother and the father for fucking! sort of a ‘head’ tax! If they marry and take responsibility for the child the tax should be less, if not, more! Sort of like an entertainment tax! If you are just trying things out, or if you use birth control successfully, no tax, just fun!
