Gas Prices Soar Past $3.50 a Gallon.
Anybody here surprised? I’m not. Global oil markets, according to the Energy Information Administration, will remain tight with some hopes of backing off in 2009. How’s that SUV or Hummer running?
We’re nowhere out of the woods as far as oil prices are concerned, and you can read all about it in the EIA’s release.
My thanks for Jo-Jo-Loo on Flickr for the image.

Um, is that supposed to be a shocker? It’s $3.32 right now. Not that I’m an advocate of it going higher. Well maybe, when we’ve all got cars that run on sugar cane stalks. Mmm, sweet!
Peaked? Here in the mountains of Northern CA (farther north than Paul), we are paying $3.65. B99 is selling for $3.82 at the pump.
Thanks for the heads-up, you’ll notice I’ve changed the headline. That’s outrageous.
