To someone outside it seems that the reason so much state money is spent on arms by the USA is that Bush and his family are shareholders in some of the biggest arms companies. He’s just using his power to increase his own personal wealth and the wealth of his friends. Bush isn’t stupid, but he is a selfish asshole.
I don’t believe that Israel spends less than India’s $19 Billion, but maybe we aren’t allowed to mention that.
