VW Golf Diesel Hybrid

Yes my friends, this could be the one: VW will release a new Golf Diesel Hybrid that gets 69.9 MPG and can run on biodiesel.

    Biodiesel is one of the worst ideas to come along in a long time.

    Putting the growing of plants for our vehicles in competition with the growing of plants for food?

    Just idiotic.

    The law of supply and demand means that food will be more expensive just so we can fill our gas tanks. And it doesn’t matter if they are different plants.

    And the growing of plants is very energy intensive.

    Uh as opposed to ethanol? unlike the previous bio diesel can be made from MANY more sources it can be made from alge….way more options.

    Look Out America! Here comes the diesels! Euro-diesels get a good solid 50 mpg without the hybridization and I drove my Jetta diesel over 300,000.miles before changing the glow plugs! They go forever! Add in the “Hybrid” factor and shifting will be cut down, mileage will go up much higher than 69 mpg for sure! Put a well tuned diesel tuned to a single rpm range for electric power and you may get even better mpg! I expect light trucks will changed forever if they allow this in the U.S.A. but will the powers that be, the crooked corporatists allow good to come to the people, the patriots? Google, torrent, the movie ‘Who Killed the Electric Car” watch it carefully and you will soon see why Americans will drive low efficiency spark ignition 20 mpg max., cars forever – These bastards will kill all else to sell Arab oil! Look what they did to the EV-1, and weep American! the average patriot will be indebted, enslaved by these cocksuckers forever, they are really in control, along with their lobby’s on K street, your vote counts for Shiite in America patriot! Buy gasoline at any cost, you have no choice! learn your mantra well! Sell your goddammit sons and daughters out, like Obama the turncoat has, to OPEC and their Turkmenistan play, driving a pipeline through Afghanistan for Halliburton(Dubai) so you can pay $5.00 a gallon for gasoline in inefficient engines while they kill all else, and they do!
