I'm not sure what town Clayton was in, but I know that my mom's condo in South Florida doesn't recycle, nor do many apartment complexes here in Atlanta. Most private homes in those towns have curbside recycling fortunately, but in multi-occupancy spaces it seems like recycling is still the exception in some places. Shameful. That’s a good question! It seems that we have come a long way in 2 years but this could be a good litmus test.
