‘Wash Up’ Saves Water — And Utility Room Space

The “Wash Up” is a conceptual design that overlaps water needs. After clothes are washed, the water is held in a reservoir for use in the toilet, reducing water usage. It also is a space-saver in smaller living conditions.

I would love to have one of these in my condo.
This is dumb. Why not just set up a central gray water collector rather then setting up & having to install a new gadget in your bathroom. I guess for a small apartment it may make sense, but not for homes or businesses.

I can’t say I disagree. And I can’t look at it without thinking of how gross it seems to deal with cleaning clothes over the place where poo and pee goes. Nasty.
But I assume others who can look past that, and who need the space savings…
Wow! This is a brilliant concept. Looking great too.
this has got to be one of the most ingenious appliances i’ve ever seen.now if they can just make it dry the same load of laundry and have that double as an exhaust fan…then the stench of dookie can be vented and replaced by the fresh smell of your drier sheets of choice!
why wasn’t i sought when this product was in it’s r&d stages???????
contact me for further ideas.thanks!
Peace!
May not solve their water shortage problem, but the folks in Atlanta GA shoug get one more shower a week this way!
If you drop your clothes on the way into or out of the washing machine, they’ll fall into the toilet….
@Slim
Or you could be, ohh what’s the word? Decent will do. And keep the lid down.
