Sacramento’s News10 reports that a company in Stockton has a solution to both the state’s pressing drought troubles and glut of foreclosed homes left empty and uncared-for: spray-painting dead lawns a pleasant shade of green. “It’s a win, win for everybody,” says Nick Terlouw, who owns Greener Grass Company.  “For banks, the city, Realtors, even neighborhoods because we keep them looking nice.”
