If you add flutter technology to a kite you can multiply the energy output very cheaply. This is a very cool way to produce low cost wind power!

Fantastic concept!! This could be a very easy and cheap way to convert a vehicle to electric with unending mileage, as vehicle would be continuously recharging and not as absurd looking as those with pinwheel like devices (which I had mentally designed about 25 yrs. ago and thrilled to see made on youtube).

I hope those with the ability will continue with these ideas to make very chep home & transportaion power sources.

Please remember the finacially poor elderly & disabled when testing and after success….we need the savings the most.
