She wants to put a few pilings into the ocean to support platforms to expand the port and such.. Can somebody please tell me how that affects the whales? I've lived there and never seen a Beluga whale come close to the port or the part of the inlet that they are talking about, its the mouth of a freaking river and Sarah Palin is a great human being.
