I came across The Weld House today, and love the concept – new furniture made from reclaimed sheet metal. Joel Hester’s studio makes furniture from 20+ year-old cars, and the products are beautiful.

This is so cool! I just checked out Joel Hester’s website, and all his works are fascinating. The bed frames are very nicely done – they don’t look like they’re from reclaimed pieces. And his original art works are great conversation pieces.
