I understand why some might want to buy pre-cooked eggs, however to try and make it into an eco argument is just plain green-washing. Learning how to cook is ultimately much better for the planet and your individual health because you will wean yourself off the pre packaged foods which really harm the planet because of the GM ingredients, the waste caused by the packaging, and the general lack of nutrition.
